The successful bidder and any subcontractor(s) must possess a current and valid California Contractor State Licensing Board (CSLB) license(s) in the classification(s) required by law to perform the work: CSLB C-20 (HVAC).
Special Requirements:
No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
This Project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements applicable to the locality in which the Work is to be performed for each craft, classification or type of worker needed to perform the Work, including employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation, apprenticeship and similar purposes.
These prevailing rates are available online at Each Contractor and Subcontractor must pay no less than the specified rates to all workers employed to work on the Project.
