Development Assistance
Business Assistance and Housing Services staff can provide
you with technical assistance and will work with staff from
other City departments to make sure that your project moves
through the development approval process as smoothly as
possible.
Express Permitting For Minor Projects
Building permits for minor projects may be issued while
you wait. Please contact the Building
Division at (408) 779-7241 for a complete list of eligible
projects.
One-Stop Development Plan Approval
You can receive development plan approval for parking lot
improvements, minor tenant improvements, and sign approval
while you wait. Call the Planning
Division at (408) 779-7247 for a complete list of eligible
projects or to make an appointment to have your plans reviewed
and approved by City staff.
