the form below, fill it out, and mail it to the City at
17555 Peak Ave. or return it via fax at 779-5450.
If your park event is going to have any of the following:
-More than Fifty (50) people attending
-Entertainment (live music)
-Alcohol (consumed or sold)
-Selling of Food
-Entry Fee
-Jump House
A Special Events Permit Application needs to be submitted. An application is available by clicking here or can be picked up at the Community and Cultural Center at the corner of Dunne and Monterey. For further information, please call (408) 782-0008.
