Many of our city's sports fields can be reserved for use such as team practices or games. If you are interested in reserving a field a "sports field reservation form" needs to be completed and submitted to the Morgan Hill Recreation and Community Services Division. These forms are available at the Community and Cultural Center located at the corner of Dunne and Monterey and can also be downloaded by clicking here.
Reservation forms must be submitted at least ten (10) working days prior to the requested dates(s).
