Human Resources - Employee Benefits
Regular Employees

The City of Morgan Hill is proud to provide generous benefits to all of its regular employees. Both full time and part time regular employees receive a benefit package which includes CalPers Retirement, Health Benefits, Insurance Plans to which the City contributes, Optional Flex Benefits that may be purchased by the employee, and a variety of paid and unpaid time off from work. Benefits for part time regular employees are prorated based on the benefit package approved by the City Council.

Temporary/Seasonal Employees

Temporary/Seasonal employees do not receive benefits except those required by law. The City participates in the Public Agency Retirement System in lieu of Social Security.
