CITY'S WEBSITE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. USE OF THE WEBSITE
CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT WITH THESE RULES.

The website may be used for any lawful, worthy and ethical
purpose, except as limited by these rules. The website must
not be used to solicit customers or sell products or services.

to constitute public comment or legal notice to the City of

trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective

The City of Morgan Hill retains copyright on all text, graphic

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These rules represent the entire agreement between users
and the City and may not be modified except by express written
agreement. This agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of California. If
any provision of these rules shall be declared by a court
to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall
be deemed severable, and the other provisions shall remain
in full force and effect.
