The proposed project site consists of approximately 3.35 acres located within the Sutter Industrial Park at 480 Cochrane Circle, north of the intersection of Cochrane Road and Monterey Road, in the City of Morgan Hill, California. The site is identified by Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (APNs) 726-34-016 and -017. The City’s General Plan land use designation for the site is Industrial, and the zoning designation for the site is Light Industrial (IL). The project proposes to construct approximately 55,000 sq. ft. of office, warehouse and manufacturing space on two parcels.
The comment period for this document begins on January 24, 2020 and closes on February 14, 2020. Persons having comments concerning this project, including objections to the basis of determination set forth in the IS, are invited to furnish their comments summarizing the specific and factual basis for their comments, in writing to the City of Morgan Hill Community Development Department.
The draft Mitigated Negative Declaration, Initial Study and reference documents are available for review from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at the City of Morgan Hill, Development Services Center, Community Development Department, 17575 Peak Avenue, Morgan Hill, CA 95037.
