The Monterey - City Ventures project request is for a Design Review Permit and Vesting Tentative Map to construct approximately 2,900 square feet of commercial retail, with four live work units totaling in 101 residential multi-family homes on a 5.67-acre lot located.
The site is located 18110 Monterey Road, adjacent to the intersection of Monterey and Old Monterey Roads. The site is identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 726-25-006.
City Council Hearing
The City Council conducted a public hearing on March 18, 2020, to consider one concession for the project pursuant to Government Code Section 65915(d)(2)(A). The City Council approved a concession allowing reduced parking for the project.
An initial study in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act was completed and a Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared.
