Project Description

A request to demolish the existing gas station with convenience store and redevelop the .5-acre site for a new gas station that includes six pump stations (12 fuel pumps) with canopy and a new 2,115 square foot retail/convenience store.

Planning Commission 

The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on April 25, 2023. The Planning Commission Voted 6-0-0-1 to adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Monitoring Program and approved the Conditional Use Permit for the gas station remodel.
