Planning Commission Meeting
On June 14, 2022, the Planning Commission conducted a Public hearing on the Barrett-Catalyst Kids project. After reviewing the applicant's request for a Conditional Use Permit, Planning Commission voted 4-0-2 in favor.

Environmental Review
The project qualifies for a CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 (In-Fill Development Projects) exemption. None of the exceptions to categorical exemptions identified by CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 are applicable to the proposed project.
