Project Description

The proposed project is an amendment to a Design Permit (SR2019-0020) for a 5-story, 114-room hotel totaling 67,070 square feet on a 97,575 square foot lot. The proposed changes include a revised architectural and landscape design for a previously approved 5-story, 116-room hotel.

The project site is located in the Evergreen Village Shopping Center on the south side of Cochrane Road, 225 feet west of Sutter Boulevard in Morgan Hill, California. (APN: 726-58-006)
