Interested First-Time Homebuyers or Renters

Eligibility, program information, and new buyer/applicant information can be found at the HouseKeys website. You may also contact HouseKeys at 1-877-460-KEYS(5397) or schedule an in-person or virtual appointment.

Home Buyer Orientation: One of the first steps in learning more about purchasing or renting a Below Market Rate Home is to attend a free 1½  hour Inclusionary Housing Orientation presented by Housekeys, where you will learn about the application process, lotteries, restrictions and requirements.

NOTE: All applicants, co-applicants, married and domestic partnerships are required to attend before participating in a Lottery. Register for an orientation with HouseKeys.

2023 Income Limits Are Pending

The update process starts with the Federal Government (HUD) updating median incomes for all 3,234 counties in the US, and then the State takes a few months to finalize the income limits. Typically, this will be done by July of each year. You can check HUD's information on current limits directly.
