Accessory Structures
Development standards apply to all accessory structures greater than 7 feet in height or greater than 120 sq. ft. in size which have some form of roof element (open or solid) and are constructed within or partially within, the required side and rear yard areas.
Examples Include:

- Covered dog enclosures
- Detached garage
- Gazebos, patio enclosures
- Play structures
- Shade structures
- Shed
- Trellises
