The City of Morgan Hill is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials and performance of operation in connection with citywide Tree Maintenance Services. The initial contract term is from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024 with options to extend for three one-year terms. There is a non-mandatory, virtual pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, June 28th at 1:30 p.m. via Zoom. | Contractors submitting a proposal and their subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractor's State License Board (CSLB) C-27 landscape contractor's license. Please note that tree planting is included in this RFP's scope of work, which requires a C-27 landscape license. C-61/D-49 (tree service) licensed contractors cannot perform planting of trees, so a C-27 landscape license is required for this contract.

| Prior to submitting a proposal, contractors and their subcontractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations as a Public Works contractor pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5

| The successful proposer will be required to possess a City of Morgan Hill business license.
